To install the beta on your iPhone or iPad, I need the Unique Device Identifier (UDID) of your device. This is a standard requirement to install apps outside of the Apple App Store. The easiest way to retrieve the UDID of your device is to install and run the UDID Pro the Unique Device Identifer app. Use the app to send your device UDID to chris@trackmytour.com. Once I have the UDID I will send you details on installing the app.
The current beta requires iOS 4.2. If you have any problems that prevents you from using the app on an actual tour, you can simply delete the app and reinstall the latest stable release from the app store.
